This experience showcases Intratek's <br />ability to seamlessly integrate into an agency environment to deliver IT staffing services. <br />4.1.5.1 Personnel Guarantee <br />Professional representation of Intratek is expected from all assigned employees, at all times. <br />We are dedicated to providing best -in -class services and committed to providing personnel <br />who meet or exceed client expectations. Personnel or service issues are not acceptable and <br />thus are immediately addressed by the engagement manager. The City may contact the <br />engagement manager at any time to report issues and/or concerns. All pertinent <br />information is documented by the engagement manager, who is responsible for promptly <br />implementing and documenting appropriate corrective actions to quickly resolve the issue. <br />{Redacted} <br />The City may request removal and replacement of any employee at any time, for any <br />reason, including misconduct, performance issues and/or actions that conflict with the <br />City's interests.
