Our approach is to partner with our clients to understand <br />their IT vision and assist them to implement best practices and standard processes in the <br />development and implementation of their applications, infrastructure and business process <br />improvement projects to achieve their stated mission goals and objectives such as: <br />O Increase efficiency and automation <br />O Implement innovative ideas <br />O Increase organizational collaboration opportunities through data standardization and <br />alignment <br />4.1.5 Unique/Distinguishing Qualifications/Experience/Approaches [RFP <br />VI.F.4.v] <br />Our history of successful, just -in -time delivery of diverse IT professionals is strong evidence <br />of our ability to satisfy the requirements of the City's ITD. The services we currently provide <br />to a host of other public agencies illustrates our proficiency and experience in rapidly <br />responding to our clients' needs for IT staff. Our personnel consistently deliver quality and <br />top -tier service resulting in long-term client relationships, which has allowed our portfolio to <br />expand to a vast array of complex tasks and clients. This experience showcases Intratek's <br />ability to seamlessly integrate into an agency environment to deliver IT staffing services. <br />4.1.5.1 Personnel Guarantee <br />Professional representation of Intratek is expected from all assigned employees, at all times. <br />We are dedicated to providing best -in -class services and committed to providing personnel <br />who meet or exceed client expectations. Personnel or service issues are not acceptable and <br />thus are immediately addressed by the engagement manager. The City may contact the <br />engagement manager at any time to report issues and/or concerns. All pertinent <br />information is documented by the engagement manager, who is responsible for promptly <br />implementing and documenting appropriate corrective actions to quickly resolve the issue. <br />{Redacted} <br />The City may request removal and replacement of any employee at any time, for any <br />reason, including misconduct, performance issues and/or actions that conflict with the <br />City's interests.
