PROJECT UNDERSTANDING
The City is processing an application for a specific plan for a 17-acre site in its southern gateway that
proposes a mix of uses, including up to 1,583 residential units, up to 80,000 square feet of commercial
space, up to 300,000 square feet of office space, and 158,300 square feet of publicly accessible open
space.
