Award Blanket Order Contract to Brodart Company for cataloging and purchase of <br />collections and materials for the Santa Ana Public Library. <br />October 17, 2023 <br />Page 2 <br />the primary source of materials and services to ensure continuity with purchasing and <br />collection development. Further, bulk purchasing from one source also facilitates <br />increased vendor discounts on purchases. <br />Santa Ana City Municipal Code Section 2-807 authorizes the City to purchase against <br />contracts from any public agency utilizing a competitive bid process.
