ALL OCCASIONS <br />CCS <br />B. Services Provided <br />All Occasions Services recommends and is prepared to execute the following activities, <br />severally and, where applicable, in coordination with City of Santa Ana - Parks, <br />Recreation and Community Services: <br />Venue Search <br />• Research and present possible venue suggestions <br />Permits <br />• Submit all event permit applications with the City Special Events Department, <br />Santa Ana Police Department, Environmental Services, CEQA, and Orange <br />County Fire Department. <br />• File Temporary Food Application Permit with Orange County Health Care <br />Agency <br />• Manage correspondence with City and County regarding permit application <br />• Meet with project coordinator and/or city staff as needed <br />Budget <br />• Work with staff to create/modify and manage event budget <br />Service Vendor Management <br />• Request quotes from service vendors <br />• Submit quotes and proposals to City of Santa Ana for review and approval <br />• Ensure that all contracted service providers meet the General Liability Insurance <br />policy requirements of both the City and County <br />• Schedule and confirm delivery, setup and pickup <br />Booth Vendor Management <br />• Send out vendor application & recruit new vendors <br />• Create site layout <br />• Booth assignment/placement and notification <br />• Create plan for vendor traffic for set-up and tear down <br />• Day -of vendor coordination <br />
