Spec Dev & Programming Scope of Work ENTERPRISE <br />EA Project Number: EA23CSA090, 0.0.0 AUTOMATION <br />A TETRA TECH COMPANY <br />o DC power components <br />o Ethernet and networking components <br />o Telemetry components <br />o Control panel construction <br />EA will submit the panel design package to the City for review following completion. <br />Control Panel Drawings Deliverables <br />Crooke Pump Station Control Panel Design package <br />None <br />5.5 Functional Specifications <br />For this project, EA will be responsible for developing the design specifications necessary to <br />specify the controls operations for Crooke Pump Station. The specifications will represent how <br />the City desires the site to operate and to be updated to adhere to, not the existing operations <br />scheme. Utilizing EA templates, EA will develop new functional specification documents to detail <br />the design and functionality of Crooke's control systems. <br />5.5.1 Site investigation <br />At the beginning of this phase, EA will visit Crooke Pump Station to conduct a site investigation. <br />The site visit will include the review as -built field conditions, review the existing panel, and to <br />review the networking infrastructure. The intent of this site visit is to ensure the existing <br />documentation aligns with the field before making specifications based on that documentation. <br />5.5.2 Design workshop <br />Prior to the development of the specification documents, EA will host a design workshop with the <br />City to determine functional requirements for Crooke Pump Station. This includes discussing 10 <br />and equipment list changes, PLC Functional Specification requirements, SCADA Design <br />Specification requirements, and OIT Design Specification requirements. <br />5.5.3 10 list <br />EA will develop an 10 list for Crooke based on findings during the site investigation and changes <br />to the site noted during the design workshop and from the design documentation. EA will submit <br />the 10 list to the City for review. <br />5.5.4 Functional Specification <br />EA will develop a Functional Specification for Crooke, which will detail PLC program details and <br />how the PLC program is expected to operate. This specification will be based on specifications in <br />which EA has developed for previous City projects and the City's standards. This specification will <br />
