All rubbish and garbage shall be removed from the property and disposed at the City <br />Yard or at designated debris disposal site. <br />5. Sufficient inspection will be provided but not such as will substitute for supervision of the <br />work by the Contractor Supervisor or Manager. <br />6. At the completion of the work, the site shall be left in a clean condition by utilizing blower <br />or push broom, unless it is an unpaved area, vacant lot, Creek or other similar site <br />conditions. <br />7. Report Services – Homeless, fallen trees, and hazardous materials using appropriate <br />work order reporting systems or websites provided by the City. <br />8. Daily work must be documented using an electronic device (mobile phone, tablet or <br />similar) and uploaded to City’s work order system (MySantaAna App or Similar). <br />9. Daily work/routes and schedules will be assigned by City Staff. <br />10. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment tools, and materials and supplies including <br />Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as face mask respirator (N- 95) gloves, <br />coverall suits, trash bags and the skills and training required to perform all services listed <br />above and per Cal-OSHA requirements. <br />C. POWER WASHING <br />1. Power-Washing of Street, Sidewalk, Curb, and Gutter designated by City to remove <br />gum, dirt, and non-gum stains. <br />a. Power-washing is defined as the simultaneous mechanical removal of materials or <br />pollutants from the surface of the pavement, through application of water under <br />pressure with elevated temperatures used in the cleaning process and the Collection <br />of the waste and water (containment/recovery system). <br />b. Process used shall leave the area clean and free of stains and of all loose, <br />embedded materials including chewing gum, oil, grease, grime, and other fluids. <br />c. The cleaning process must not damage the concrete surfaces or the brick paver <br />surfaces. <br />d. Service locations and routes will be provided by the City and may change at City’s <br />request. <br />e. Contractor requests for changes must be approved by the City prior to any changes. <br />2. Labor and Vehicle Requirement: Appropriate number of vehicles to support crews shall <br />be provided. <br />3. Schedule: As determined by the City of Santa Ana. <br />I. DEFINITIONS <br />
