<br />Iron Mountain Government Solutions City of Santa Ana Document Storage <br />and Imaging Services <br />Auditable Chain of Custody <br />With multiple barcode scan points, we offer proven workflow and <br />technology-enabled tagging for enhanced visibility and control over your <br />inventory stored with Iron Mountain. <br />Easy-to-use Self-Service Tools for On-Demand Reporting <br />Iron Mountain Connect (IMConnect), our proprietary records <br />management application, provides a robust cloud-based tool to retrieve <br />information on your boxes and files. The City will be able to run a host <br />of informative reports about retention and disposal practices, helping to <br />evaluate performance and maintain compliance. <br />Designated Point of Contact for Customer Service <br />Iron Mountain assigns a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to support <br />our public sector clients. In an effort to deliver exceptional customer <br />service, Tina Lapent will serve as your CSM and be your single point of <br />contact for any questions or issues on your account. In addition, our <br />experienced Project Manager is Jose Felix, a 19-year Iron Mountain <br />veteran based in the Los Angeles market. <br />Digitization Services <br />Iron Mountain can provide retrievals through our Image on Demand <br />service which provides a digitized/scanned retrieval solution for paper- <br />based documentation with secure transfer of the output package to the <br />destination system. <br />Capabilities and Experience <br />Iron Mountain provides our customers with industry best practices, defined processes, and tested <br />procedures to support the overall management of records and information programs. We support <br />over 100 public sector agencies in California and understand the importance of maintaining a secure <br />chain of custody and complying with regulations, governance and compliance mandates such as <br />HIPAA. In Attachment B, we have provided references that can validate our performance and our <br />ability to meet the City’s requirements.
