Agreement Statement <br />In accordance with Section VI. D. EXCEPTIONS of the RFP, Iron Mountain submitted proposed <br />modifications in the Question and Answer period. Iron Mountain submits this proposal with those <br />exceptions and should Iron Mountain be the successful Offeror, agrees to enter into good faith <br />negotiations with the City. <br />d. Firm and Team Experience <br />i. Iron Mountain Overview <br />Founded in 1951, Iron Mountain is a large business and global leader in storage and information <br />management services, serving more than 225,000 customers around the world. We have <br />approximately 10,000 employees in the United States and 26,000 employees globally. In California, <br />we have 1,100 employees, and for the City of Santa Ana, approximately 12 employees will work <br />directly on this agreement. <br />Hundreds of public sector agencies across the U.S., 44 of the 50 state governments in the U.S., and <br />94% of Fortune 1000 companies rely on Iron Mountain as their information management partner. <br />Our experience, knowledge, and reputation combined make us a leading provider for public sector <br />agencies. In 2016, we began servicing the City of Santa Ana’s records management needs. As we <br />currently provide services to the City, we look forward to building on our existing relationship and <br />storing current and additional records for Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana (SAHA), the <br />City of Santa Ana’s (COSA) Community Development Agency (CDA), and Finance & Management <br />Services Agency (FMSA), collectively COSA. <br />ii. Iron Mountain Location <br />In order to support public sector agencies, Iron Mountain has records management facilities <br />throughout the United States, and we have six (6) facilities available to support the City.
