Approve an Agreement with Occupational Health Centers of California, a Medical Corporation dba Concentra Medical Centers <br />("Concentra") to Provide Pre -Employment Medical Services <br />Department(s): Human Resources <br />Recommended Action: Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Concentra to provide a comprehensive <br />medical services review program in an amount not to exceed $450,000 for a three-year term from January 31, 2024 through <br />January 30, 2027, with the option for the City to grant up to two 1-year renewals of $150,000 each additional year, in an amount <br />not to exceed $750,000 over a five-year term (Agreement No. A-2024-XXX). <br />19.
