Conduct <br />a study to evaluate and establish <br />appropriate minimum distances and <br />landscape buffers between polluting <br />industrial uses from sensitive receptors <br />such as residences. <br />12/1/2023 <br />The RFP for the Comprehensive Zoning Code Update was released and <br />proposals were due to the City on April 13, 2023. The City formally entered an <br />agreement with a consultant on October 17, 2023 to start the Zoning Code <br />Update. As part of the Zoning Code update, it is the City's intent to conduct a <br />study to evaluate and establish appropriate distance and landscape buffers <br />between polluting uses and sensitive receptors. <br />6. Santa Ana Building <br />Healthy Communities <br />A. Report to <br />include monitoring of housing <br />production and distribution, especially <br />lower income units, by TCAC areas, <br />CalEnviroScreen ranking, and R/ECAP <br />status. <br />April Annually This report was presented to the City Council on March 19, 2024 and the City will <br />continue to provide such report on an annual basis. <br />B-89
