Evaluate <br />public open space and park <br />requirements in the zoning code for <br />residential and nonresidential uses. <br />Consider requirements and/or incentives <br />to aggregate public open space areas <br />required by two or more uses to form <br />larger and more usable areas and <br />facilities. <br />PBA/PRCSA 2022 - <br />2027 <br />Comprehensive zoning code update is <br />underway to evaluate public open <br />space and park requirements in the <br />zoning code for residential and <br />nonresidential uses.
