Responsible for the overall leadership <br /> and operations in support of community learning centers that provide academic enrichment services for students <br /> attending high poverty and low performing schools. <br /> Major responsibilities: <br /> • Directed and monitored the operations and activities of grants and special programs, including <br /> academic and enrichment after school activities and mental health counseling support services. <br /> • Provided fiscal management budget development and expenditure tracking of$700,000 budget. <br /> • Directed the development, preparation and monitoring of program funding allocations and <br /> expenditures in compliance with grant requirements.
