Project Management and Meetings <br />16 <br />Throughout the process, EPD will coordinate City staff in ensuring the project is accurately and appropriately <br />assessed in the environmental document. EPD assumes attendance at up to five virtual meetings with City <br />staff, and attendance of two public hearings (Planning Commission and City Council). This budget assumes <br />up to 20 hours for project management (including communications), meetings, and hearings. This budget also <br />assumes up to 30 hours of staff time to assist with a variety of CEQA related tasks in support of City staff <br />as needs arise, including: <br />• Preparation of hearing notices; <br />• Assistance with preparation of the Staff Report; <br />• Preparation and filing of the Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk and OPR. <br />D.
