Project Management and Meetings <br /> Throughout the process,EPD will coordinate City staff in ensuring the project is accurately and appropriately <br /> assessed in the environmental document. EPD assumes attendance at up to five virtual meetings with City <br /> staff, and attendance of two public hearings (Planning Commission and City Council). This budget assumes <br /> up to 20 hours for project management(including communications),meetings,and hearings.This budget also <br /> assumes up to 30 hours of staff time to assist with a variety of CEQA related tasks in support of City staff <br /> as needs arise,including: <br /> • Preparation of hearing notices; <br /> • Assistance with preparation of the Staff Report; <br /> • Preparation and filing of the Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk and OPR. <br /> D.
