She has served as an Executive Board Member, <br />and General Chair of the Psychological Services Section of <br />the International Association of Chiefs of Police. Dr. Gallivan <br />received her Police Psychology training at the Los Angeles <br />County Sheriffs Department. In over 20 years, she has <br />provided psychological services to over 100 police and <br />public safety agencies in Southern California. <br />Dr. Gallivan has significant expertise in delivering organizational consulting <br />services to upper management. She develops, trains, and manages peer support <br />teams, and she is the founder of the Southern California Regional Peer Support <br />Team. She is a California P.O.S.T. subject matter expert and a P.O.S.T. approved <br />evaluator. She has conducted over 10,000 pre -employment psychological <br />screenings and has responded to countless critical incidents in Southern <br />California.
