Building Height. <br /> <br /> The vertical distance measured from the curb level to the highest point of <br />the roof surface. <br /> <br />SECTION 9210.12. CarPort. <br /> <br /> A permanent roofed structure with not more than two enclosed sides used or <br />intended to be used for automobile shelter. <br /> <br />SECTION 9210.18. Club - Fraternity - Lodge. <br /> <br /> An association of persons for some non-profit purpose, but not including <br />groups organized primarily to render a service which is customarily carried on <br />as a business. <br /> <br />SECTION 9210.1~. Convalescent Home. <br /> <br /> A home in which nursing, dieting or other personal services are furnished <br />to convalescents, invalids and aged persons, but in which are kept no persons <br />suffering from a mental sickness, disease, disorder or ailment, or from a con- <br />tagious disease, and in which is performed no surgery, maternity or other pri- <br />mary treatment such as is customarily provided in sanitariums or hospitals, or <br />in which no persons are kept or served who normally woul~ be admitted to a <br />mental hospital. <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br /> <br />
