SECTION 9210.67. Story. <br /> <br /> That portion of a building included between the upper surface of ar~ floor <br />and the upper surface of the floor next above, except that th~ topmost story <br />shall be that portion of a building included between the upper surface of the <br />topmost floor and the ceiling or roof above, If the finished floor level di- <br />rectly above a basement or cellar is more than six (6) feet above grade such <br />basement or cellar shall be considered a story. <br /> <br />SECTION 9210.68. Street. <br /> <br /> A public thoroughfare including public roads or highways which affords prin- <br />ciple means of access to abutting Property. <br /> <br />SECTION 9210.69. Street Line. <br /> <br />The boundary line between a street and abutting property. <br /> <br />SECTION 9210.70. Structure. <br /> <br /> Anything constructed or erected which requires permanent location on the <br />ground, or attached to something having permanent location on the ground, <br />including signs and billboards, but not including fences or walls used as fences, <br />six (6) feet in height or less. <br /> <br />SECTION 9210.71. Structural Alteration. <br /> <br /> Any change in the supporting members of a building such as bearing walls, <br />columns, beams, girders, floor joists, roof Joists, rafters, or changes in roof <br />or exterior lines. <br /> <br />SECTION 9210.72. Trailer Park or Camp. <br /> <br /> Any place, area, or tract of land upon which is located any trailer or camp <br />car, but not including a location where a camp car or trailer is not inhabited. <br /> <br />SECTION 9210.73. Use. <br /> <br /> The purpose for which land or a building is arranged, designed or intended <br />or for which either land or a building is or may be occupied or maintained. <br /> <br />SECTION 9210.74. Yard. <br /> <br /> An open space other than a court on a lot unoccupied and unobstructed from <br />the ground upward. <br /> <br />SECTION 9210.75. Yard, Front. <br /> <br /> A yard extending across the full widthof the lot, the depth of which is <br />the distance between the front lot line and the main wall of the building. <br /> <br />SECTION 9210.76. Yard, Rear. <br /> <br /> A yard extending across the fullwidth of the lot between the most rear <br />main building and the rear lot line. The depth of the required rear yard shall <br />be measured from the nearest point df the rea~ lot line towardthe dearest main <br />wall of the building. <br /> <br />SECTION 9210.77. Yard, Side. <br /> <br /> A yard, between a main building and the side lot line, extending from the <br />front yard to the rear yard. The width of the required side yard shall be <br />measured from the nearest point of the side lot line toward the nearest main <br />wall of the building. <br /> <br /> <br />
