PART .~ - ESTABLISHME~ OF LAND USE DISTRICTS <br /> <br />SECTION 9220. Land Use Districts Established. <br /> <br /> In order to carry out the purpose and provisions of this Chapter, <br />the City of Santa Aha is hereby divided into the following Districts: <br /> <br />A1 - General Agricultural District <br />RE - Residential-Estate District <br /> Ri - Single-Family Residence District <br />R2 - Limited Nultiple-Family Residence District <br />R3 - Medium-Density Multiple-Family Residence District <br /> R3H - Hea~y-Density ~,Iultiple-Family Residence District <br />P - Professional District <br /> CD - Civic Development District <br />C1 - Community Commercial <br />C2 - General Commercial <br />C3 - Central Business District <br />C4 - Planned Shopping Center District <br />C5 - Arterial CommerCial District <br />~1 - Light Industrial District <br /> }72 - Heavy Industrial District <br /> L}~ - Limited Manufacturing District <br />CM - Commercial-Manufacturing District <br /> <br />SECTION 9221. Nodification of Land Use Districts. <br /> <br /> The above stated Land Use Districts may be modified byappending <br /> to the District classification B, which n~y ~tlow ?ropertios ~ithin the District so <br /> modified to b~ used exclusively for p~rk~n~ ~s'~escri~d in %¢ti~n 924~ ~ <br /> ~a this <br /> ~h~er. n. Fmrther, the above stated Land Use District Regulations <br />may be modified by a~pending to the classification a number before and after said <br />classification. Such number appendages shall be indicated on the Sectional <br />District Map and shall designate the lot width and lot area. The number pre- <br />4ceeding the District classification shall establish the minimum lot width and <br />the number following the District classification shall establish the minimum <br />lot area. <br /> <br /> The aforesaid Land Use Districts shall be indicated on the sheets which <br />comprise the official Sectional District Maps of the City of Santa Aha. <br /> <br />SECTION 9222. District Boundary Changes, <br /> <br /> Changes in the boundaries of ar~District shall be made by ordinance <br />adopting an amended Sectional District Map, which said amended map when so <br />adopted shall be published by reference in the manner prescribed by law and <br />shall become a part of this Chapter. <br /> <br />SECTION 9223. Uncertainty of Boundaries. <br /> <br /> ~,~ere uncertainty exists as to the boundaries of any District shown on said <br />Sectional District Map the following rules shall apply: <br /> <br />(a) ¥~ere such boundaries are indicated as approximately following street <br /> and alley lines or lot lim~s, such lines shall be construed to be <br /> such boundaries. <br />(b) Where a District boundary <br /> divides a lot, the location of such boundary, unless the same is in- <br /> dicated by dimensions shall be determined by use of the scale ap- <br /> pearing on such Sectional District Map. <br /> <br /> <br />
