person is the bona fide owner of any such dwelling and accessory <br />building and quarters, and that the same are occupied by or <br />designed to be occupied by said owner and that said single family <br />dwelling is the only dwelling on the lot or property, and <br />provided that said owner is determined by the Administrative <br />Authority to be qualified and shall personally perform all labor <br />in connection therewith. <br /> <br />SECTION 8207. Reinspection Fees. <br /> <br /> Part One is amended by adding Section 1.15 to read as follows: <br /> Sec. 1.15 - Reinspection Fee. <br /> When any reinspection is required due to the negligence of <br /> the permit holder, his agent, or other responsible persons, or <br /> due to the failure of said parties to comply with previous <br /> correction instructions, a fee of $5.00 may be charged by the <br /> Building Official prior to each such reinspection. <br /> <br />SECTION 8208. Refund of Permit Fee. <br /> <br /> Part One is amended by adding Section 1.16 to read as follows: <br /> Sec. 1.16 ~ Refund of Fees. <br /> When construction authorized by a pl~%bing permit is not <br /> begun and no inspections have been made, the Administrative <br /> Authority shall, upon written request from the permlttee, make <br /> refund of fees subject to the following limitations: The <br /> Aministrative Authority shall not make any refund of fees <br /> collected amounting to $2.00 or less. In case a refund is made, <br /> the amount of such refund shall not be more than 8~ of the <br /> amount of the fee paid nor shall such refund include any part <br /> of the first $2.00 of such fee. No refund of such fee or part <br /> thereof shall be made unless applied for within one year from <br /> the date of the issuance of the permit. When fees are <br /> erroneously collected by duplication of permits or for construc- <br /> tion outside the jurisdiction of the City of Santa Aha, 10~ <br /> may be refunded. <br /> <br />SECTION 8209. Qualification o~ Plumbers. <br /> Part Two is amended by deleting Sections 2.1 through 2.11, both <br />inclusive. <br /> <br />SECTION 8210. Precooler Drains. <br /> <br /> Section 310 is amended by deleting the second paragraph of <br />Subsection (e) thereof. <br /> <br />SECTION 8211. Identification of Pi~inq. <br /> Section 315 is amended by adding Subsection (g) thereto to <br />read as follows: <br /> (g) Any system of piping that conveys liquids or gases which <br /> may become a danger to life or property shall be readily <br /> identified by means acceptable to the Administrative Authority. <br /> <br />SECTION 8212. Cleanouts. <br /> <br /> Section 406(i) is amended to read as follows: <br /> (i) An approved type of two way cleanout fitting acceptable <br /> to the Administrative Authority, installed outside of a building <br /> at the lower end of a building drain and extended accessibly <br /> above grade, may be substituted for an upper terminal cleanout, <br /> provided there are no branches larger than two (2) inches from <br /> the main building drain. <br /> <br />SECTION 8213. Traps Required. <br /> Section 701(c) is amended by changing the first sentence to <br />read as follows: <br /> No food waste disposal unit shall be installed with any <br /> multiple compartment sink or set of restaurant, commercial, or <br /> industrial sinks served by a single trap; each such food waste <br /> disposal unit shall be connected to a separate trap. <br /> <br />-8- <br /> <br /> <br />
