Disposal of Unused Fireworks. <br /> <br /> Any fireworks that Kemain after the public display is <br />concluded shall be immediately disposed of in a way safe for the <br />particular type of fireworks remaining. <br /> <br />Sec. 14-76. Exceptions. <br /> <br /> Nothing in this article shall be construed to prohibit <br />the use of fireworks by railroads or other transportaiton agencies <br />for signal purposes or illumination or the sale or use of blank <br />cartridges for a show or theater, or for signal or ceremonial <br />purposes in athletics or sports, or for use by military organiza- <br />tions. <br /> <br />Sec. 14-77. Seizure of Fireworks. <br /> <br /> The fire chief shall seize, take, remove, or cause to <br />be removed, at the expense of the owner, all stocks of fireworks <br />offered or exposed for sale, or held in violation of this article. <br /> <br />Sec. 14-78. Prohibited Areas. <br /> <br /> No persons shall sell, store, display, or discharge <br />any fireworks of any type in any public oil or gasoline station, <br />or on any premises where gasoline or other inflammable liquids <br />are stored or dispensed. No person shall sell, store, display, <br />or discharge any fireworks of any type in any permanent structure, <br />nor within forty (40) feet of the same, except that any purchaser <br />may discharge fireworks in conformance with these regulations <br />within twenty-five (25) feet of his own residence. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 3. <br /> <br />PARAMEDIC SERVICES <br /> <br />Sec. 1~90. Fees for Paramedic Services. <br /> <br /> The city may establish and collect fees for emergency <br />transportation of persons in paramedic or other fire department <br /> <br /> <br />
