NS- 1970 <br />PAGE THREE <br /> <br />a building permit, a written statement from the appli- <br />cable Orange County control district confirming that <br />said use complies with the current air or water <br />pollution control regulations. <br /> <br />SECTION 4: That section 41-508 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-508. Building height. <br /> <br /> No building shall exceed four stories or 55 feet <br />unless located in a "height exemption area" established <br />pursuant to section 41-602.5. <br /> <br />SECTION 5: That section 41-509 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-509. Building site area. <br /> <br /> Each building site shall contain not less than <br />fifteen thousand (15,000) square feet and shall have <br />not less than one hundred (100) feet of frontage on <br />a public street, measured at the setback line. A <br />physically integrated development having common and/or <br />reciprocal vehicular access ways shall be considered a <br />single building site for purposes at this section, not- <br />withstanding any division into multiple ownership units. <br /> <br />SECTION 6: That section 41-510 of the Santa Ana Municipal <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 41-510.
