540 <br /> <br />BUILDING <br />1. <br /> <br /> DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />The project owner/developer shall designate a contact <br />persoq who has the authority to act on behalf of the <br />owner to coordinate and provide consistency for all of <br />the plans required for the project including <br />landscaping, grading, pedestrian protection, <br />architecture, structural, electrical, mechanical and <br />plumbing. Note on the drawings the contact'persons' <br />name, position, business address and telephone number. <br /> <br />TIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> <br />Detailed conditions and requirements particular to the <br />project, in addition to mitigation measures in Exhibit A <br />will be provided at the time of Site Plan Review when <br />plans are more thoroughly developed· <br /> <br /> PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />A. Prior to issuance of a Building Permit, complete the <br /> following: <br /> <br /> 1.
