The <br /> minimum thickness of such base course shall be four <br /> inches. <br /> <br />c. Surfacing, Parking or Drive Aisles - Ail off-street <br /> parking, vehiole maneuvering areas, turn-around <br /> areas, driveways, and private streets, shall be <br /> surfaced, and thereafter maintained with Portland <br /> Cement Concrete poured to a minimum thickness of 5% <br /> inches. <br />Paved areas shall be designed to carry surface water to <br />the nearest practical street, storm drain, or natural <br />watercourse. Concentrated flows of water from parking <br />areas shall not flow by gravity over any public property <br />or pedestrian walkway, but shall be collected in an <br />appropriate manner within the property confines and <br />conducted under the sidewalk. <br /> All parking areas shall be maintained in a safe and <br /> sanitary condition free of dust, mud, or trash, and <br /> shall be kept in good repair. Any alteration, <br /> enlargement, maintenance or repairs shall be pursuant to <br /> the aforementioned standards. <br /> All parking spaces shall be double striped in a manner <br /> clearly showing the layout of the intended parking <br /> stall, such striping shall be maintained in a clear, <br /> visible and orderly manner. <br /> <br />Loadin Areas. <br /> <br />1. Entrances and exits to loading facilities should be <br /> limited in number and shall not interfere with the <br /> flow of traffic along the perimeter streets. <br /> <br />2. Loading areas should be located so as to minimize <br /> potential for intrusion into residential portions <br /> of the project and adjacent neighborhoods while <br /> allowing for efficient utilization by commercial <br /> users. <br /> <br /> 3. Loading areas shall be located and designed to <br /> minimize direct exposure to public view. These <br /> areas shall be screened with landscaping and walls <br /> to reduce visual impacts. <br /> <br /> 4. Loading areas shall be visibly separated from <br /> public entrances and parking areas. <br /> <br /> <br />
