The sign program shall acknowledge approval of carefully <br />worded parking garage signage and on-site circulation <br />directional signage for Phase I and Phase II per the EIR <br />and the Ampco parking study. <br /> <br />Criteria For Individual Siqn Types. <br /> <br />1. Freestanding Signs· <br /> <br />ae <br /> <br />Exterior to the Project. The project may <br />incorporate a maximum of seven freestanding <br />double-faced signs which are visible from the <br />exterior of the project, with five signs having a <br />maximum sign face of 60 square feet and a maximum <br />height of 15 feet. There may be a total of two <br />freestanding signs measuring no more than 30 feet <br />high with a 120 square foot face which are visible <br />from the exterior of the project. A free standing <br />sign for each related address, such that the <br />project address shall be located on a sign which <br />can be easily seen from the street. Such <br />freestanding signs need not be placed in planters <br />but may be located along or across a public or <br />private street. <br /> <br />b. Interior to the Project. <br /> <br />1. Within the interior of the project, there may <br /> be six freestanding signs. Such signs may be <br /> for individual tenants, project identification <br /> or directions. Interior freestanding signs <br /> shall not exceed 7 feet high and 45 sq. ft. <br /> maximum sign area. Signs located in the <br /> interior shall only be oriented for viewing <br /> from the interior. <br /> <br />2. Wall/Canopy Signs. <br /> <br />ae <br /> <br />Wall signs interior to the project may be placed <br />higher than the second floor on an area where there <br />are three stories of retail and the third story of <br />retail space has a separate third floor access. <br /> <br />Ail signs need not replicate a specified shape, <br />design or materials. Diversity will be allowed, <br />provided that the signs relate to each other well <br />even though they are configured differently. Signs <br />within the interior of the project which use <br />mirrors reflecting a direct light source or utilize <br />flashing, blinking or sequence lights may be used <br />provided they do not visually predominate from the <br /> <br /> <br />
