On motion of McPhee, duly seconded and carried, a deed presented by Charles C. T~att et ux, for an alley from Washington Avenue to Lincoln Street was referred to the Street 0om~dttee. On motion of Aldern~n, duly seconded a~d carried, a map straightening l?th Street, was ordered accepted as soon as properly signed. On motion the Oity 01erk is instructed to advertise fo~ bids for water pipe and fire hydrants for South Bi~hh Stree~ bids to be opened May 5th, 1915, at ?:30 p.m. A petition of John Michelson to lay a cement pipe line across alley between Spurgeon Street and Bush Street was on motion referred to the Street Conmittee with power to act. On motion the blue print of the Joint Pole Comm~ies'ion for placing poles on ~ourth Street was on motion ordered accep- ted, provided however, if possible. The petition of J.D. poles to be placed on property lines Nilson, et al, to co~ence proceed~ngs to construct cement sidewalks and cement curbs on both sides of West ~ishop Street between the West line of South Main Street and the alley ~00 feet, wezt of South Birch Street was on motion of Alderman granted. Resolution No.§~, a Resolution to construct cement curbs and cement sidealke was on motion referred to the City Attorney. Ordinance No.~ Buildings Ordinance No.5~, an Ordinance adding a new section to Ordinance No.Z~ in relation to constructinE~ altering, repairing and moving buildings in the City of Santa Ana~ to be known as SeCtion 10~, was on motion referred to the City Attorney.
