City Hall, Santa Aha, Cal. Feb '~ o ~ · ~, lolZ, at 7:30 p.m. The Board met in regular session. Present, Trustees ~y, Alders,an, McPhee, Greenleaf, Grubb and the Clerk. In Re Oity Warrants On motion of Alderman, duly seconded and carried, the City Clerk is directed to issue warrants ou the City Treasurer, covering Demands Nos. 35 to 169 and as the so~e are recorded in Dem~.ud and Warrant Book No.l,~ pages 32~ 33 and 34. In Re Disposal of A request to dispose of the East end of llth Street off East ~nd of llth St. of Spurgeon Street was on motion of McPhee, duly seconded and carried, ordered that no action be taken. In Re Paving On motion of Alderman, duly seconded and carried, it is ~l~venth Street ordered that pavement be laid on llth Street, east of Spurgeon, be laid only to curb line. In Re Adding Machine The time having arzived for opening bids for Adding machine, the 0lark is on motion directed to proceed to ~pen bids. The Comptograph Company bid $350.00, on mot ion of Mc~hee, duly seconded and carried, it is ordered that the bid of the Comptograph Company for adding machine for $350.00 being the lowest and best bid that the same be accepted by the following vote: Ayes, Alderman, McPhee, Greenleaf, Grubb and ~y. Noes, None. In Re Map Alley A map for an alley off of Washington Avenue, presented Wash. Avenue By A.C. Black, was on motion referred to the Street Committee. In Re Bids to The Prosident of the Board having announced this the Construct Sewers time to open bids to construct sewers in the City of Santa Aha,in Orange County, ~tate of Oalifornia, in a connected syste~ of sewers in a district within the corporate limits of said City, The Clerk was on motion of McPhee, duly seconded and carried, instructed to proceed to open bids. ~.~.
