Upon motion duly seconded <br />and carried, the Olerk wu instructed to give the information <br />desired. <br /> <br />A petition from T.A. Morris, et all protesting against the con- <br />atruotion of and carrying on of a garage by P.g. Taylor at <br />West Pine St., was read. <br /> <br />Upon motion of MoPhee, seconded by Maryatt, tSe building inspector <br /> <br /> for the construction of · <br /> <br />was instructed not to issue a permit <br />garage at this place. <br /> <br />The bond of James OBrien, 8upt. of streets, was read and on motion <br />duly seconded and carried, was referred to the President of the <br /> <br />Board for approval. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />Upon motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by ~o~hee, <br /> <br /> and car:,ied, <br /> the ~pplicatione of 8.Thompson, et al, for refund on auto licensees <br /> was denied. <br /> <br /> Upon motion of Trustee Maryatt, seconded by Trustee Tubbs, and <br /> carried, that aha Park Oe~mnission be increased to five members. <br /> That the two extra members be ladies and that the names of Mrs, <br /> A.~etty and Mrs. B.H.Rankin be added thereto. <br /> <br />Oity Attorney 8coat read a WTitten opinion on subdivision 4, <br />Section we' of Ordinance Ho.590, pertaining to that portion in <br />which a new dealer starting in business bo required to furnish <br />bond in the sum of $500.00,to StAy in business $ months. Hie <br />opinion was to the effect that said part of tho Ordinance wu <br />unconstitutional. Upon motion of MoPhee, d~ly seconded by Marya~t, <br />the Olerk was instructed to disregard Section ~B', subdivision 4 <br />of said Ordinance, and write licenses without requiring bonds. <br /> <br />Upon motion of Trustee Greenleaf, seconded by Trustee Max~att, <br />the Clerk was instructed to order two cars of road oil '~o finish <br /> <br />~ streets under eeustructic~ for oil and gravel. <br /> <br /> <br />
