Xn Re <br /> <br />Bond of Gay & Son <br /> <br />Brick Work at Water <br /> <br />Works <br /> <br />Warrants on <br /> <br />Oity Treasurer <br /> <br />was appointed, President. Visel, Trustee MoPhee and 8treat Supt. <br /> <br />Mr. Ransom Reid appeared before the Board and stated that the <br />contractor putting in the new~aohinery at the water works gave <br />a bond with the Aetna Bonding Co. to cover brick work done by <br />Gay & Son, that the brisk work done around the boiler had not <br />yet been accepted and same had cracked some. Mr. Reid stated <br />that the Bonding 0o., knew of these conditions and wanted to <br />call the Board's attention before the work was accepted. <br /> <br />Upon motion o3 MoPhse, seconded by Maryatt, that the 0ity have <br />· ngineer Mulholland of Los Angeles make an examination of the <br />plant was carried. <br /> <br />Upon motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded and carried, the <br />0it¥ 0lark was directed to draw warrants on the 0ity Treasurer <br />aa per demands.; same being warrants No.921 to 1195 inclusive, <br />~ages 11§ to 119' in Book 1 of Demands. <br />On motion of Greenleaf, duly seconded and carried, the Board <br />adjourned. <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br /> <br />
