The President appointed Trustees <br /> <br /> Tubbs, MoPhee and City Engineer Bonebrake a committee to <br /> investigate and report at next meeting on conditions for <br /> draining Highland and Bristol gte. <br /> <br />A petition to the School Board from property owners on <br />North Ross Br.,requesting that the school board lay side- <br />walk on Rosa St., along~the school p~perty, was on motion <br />of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by MoPhee and carried, <br />referred to a committee. The President appointing Trustee <br />Tuhbe and Maryatt as such committee. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tuhbs, duly seconded by MoPhee and <br /> carried, City Attorney Scott was instructed to prepare a <br /> Resolution for paving Garfield St.,from Fruit to Vance <br /> under Specification No.~. <br /> <br /> Upon motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded and carried, <br /> the Apricot Growers' Association was ~Tanted permission <br /> to use the Council Chamber fora meeting at some future <br /> date. <br /> <br /> A motion by Trustee McPhee that the President appoint a <br /> committee with the view of purohaaing a team of horses for <br /> the Street Dept., was duly seconded by Maryatt and carried <br /> the President appointing Trustees Tuhbe and McPhee aa such <br /> Committee. <br /> <br /> The committee consisting of Trustees MoPhee and Maryatt <br /> for the purpose of securing a dog catcher and pound, was <br /> on motion duly seconded and carried granted further time <br /> to report. <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br /> Upon motion of Trustee Tu~bs, d~tly seconded by Maryatt and <br /> carried, J.W.
