Bcott received one vote, <br /> <br /> R.S.glliot received $ votes. <br /> glliott receiving a majority of the votes cast was <br /> declared elected. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Maryatt, duly seconded by Greenleaf and <br />carried, A.g. Fowler was granted a permit to circulate a peti- <br />tion for oil and gravel on West Bishop in the Morse Villa Tract <br />and D.A.Oasey on West First from Flower to Bristol. <br /> <br />Upon motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Greenleaf and <br />carried, permission is granted to Pac. Tel.& Tel.0o. to excavate <br />in Mcfadden St. at Main according to blue print on file with <br />0it¥ Clerk. <br /> <br />The bond of Dart and McKinzie,housemovers, for $800.00 with <br />W.W.McKinzie and J.T.Dilley as sureties was on motion of <br />Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by McPhee and carried, referred <br />to the President for approval. <br /> <br />The application of g.A.Logedon for an auto for hire license <br />accompanied by a $10,000 bond with Pacific Coast 0asualty <br />as sureties, was on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by <br />McPhee and carried, license granted and bond referred to the <br />President for a~Droval. <br /> <br />Upon motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Maryatt and <br />carried, ~emison & Beard are granted a license to conduct a <br />lunch wagon on the vacant lot Ocr. 4th & Ross. <br /> <br />Petitions to oil and gravel West 3rd from Olive to Bristol and <br />8th from Ross to Shelton, signed by a majority of the property <br />owners were on motion of Trustee McPhee,duly seconded by Green- <br />leaf and carried, ordered filed, pending the drafting of an oil <br />and gravel specification. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Maryatt that the President appoint the City <br />Attorney, Otty ~ngineer and Street Supt., a committee to draft <br />specifications for oil and gravel to report at next meeting was <br />duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried. <br /> <br /> <br />
