City Attorney is instructed to prepaxe an Ordinance giving the <br /> Marshal's office the legal power to confiscate weapons taken <br /> off prisoners. <br /> <br />In Re An Ordinance defining the boundaries of & general fire limits <br /> <br />Ordinance ~¢finln~ Fir~ Li,.its of the City and amending sections 1 and Zl of Ordinance No.34Z <br /> smd repealing any and all Ordinances in conflict therewith, was <br /> given first reading and on motion of Trustee Tubbs that the <br /> Board as a committee of the whole investigate the boundary lines <br /> and that the Ordinance be referred back to the City Attorney wa~ <br /> duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried. <br /> <br />motion to <br /> <br />Approved: ~ <br /> President of~e Board of Trustees <br /> <br />adjourn w~s duly seconded and carried. <br /> <br /> <br />
