~, .~ln ~u,,~e Confiscst icn <br />of Firearms <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Resolution to Vot~ <br /> <br />Approved: d~a' <br /> Presi rd of Trustees, <br /> <br />On motion of <br /> <br />COVer demands No. 1401 <br /> <br />Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Maryatt and <br /> ordered d~rawn on the City Treasurer to <br /> to 15~1 inclusive. <br /> <br />An Ordinance prohibiting the carrying of concealed weapons and <br />providing for the confiscation of the same and ~xepealing any <br />and all laws in conflict therewith and providing a penalty for <br />enforcement of same, was passed by the following vote: Ayes, <br />Trustees Tubbs, MoPhee, Greenleaf, Maryatt and Visel. <br /> <br />Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br />Upon motion of Trustee Maryatt and by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees Tuhbs, McPhee, Greenleaf, Maryatt and Visel, <br />Noes None, the City Attorney was instructed to prepare a <br />Resolution to call & bond election for $9,OO0 for street equip- <br />ment and $11,000 for a bridge on North Flower St. formerly <br />called Hannah Street. <br /> <br />On motion, duly seconded and carried, adjourned. <br /> <br /> <br />
