Co., are granted <br /> permission to close French St., from 5th to the South line <br /> of Washington Ave., in order to re-surface said portion of <br /> Street under Specifications No.~4. <br /> <br /> .Upon motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded and carried, <br /> Street Supt.
