<br />curb on Highland St., from Flower to Sheltcn, was continued,

<br />On motion of Trustee Maryatt, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried,
<br />Wells & Breeslar, were granted permission to close 10th St., fro~
<br />the Wear line of Broadway to the East line of Ross St., and Part¢
<br />St. from the North line of 5th St. to South line of Hickey St.
<br />for 'the purpose of constructing curb and gutters and p~tting in
<br />sewer connections preparatory to paving said portions of street
<br />with crushed rook and oil under Specifications ~2,when in the
<br />opinion of the Board the weather permits laying of pavement.
