On motion of Trustee Maryatt, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried the Orange County Engineering and Construction Co., were grants permission to close West 2nd St., from Ross to Shelton for the purpose of co,-~ructing curb and gutters and putting in sewer connections preparatory to paving said portion of street under Specification No.S2. On motion of Trustee Maryatt, duly seconded, by Tubbs and carried the Orange County Engineering & Construction Co., were granted permission to close West 4th St., from Baker to Artesia for the purpose of paving said portion of Street under Specifications 40 On motion of Trustee Tubba, duly seconded by Maryatt and carried Orange County Engineering & Construct. Co., were granted per- mission to close the alley at the rear of the Cadillac Garage in order to improve said alley with a 5 inch concrete wearing surface. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by McPhee and carried, all private driveways fronting on streets ordered improved, shal be cemented to the property line.
