City Hall, <br /> April Z,l~l?, 7;30 <br /> <br />and the CLERK. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Permit,'~ells & Bressler. <br /> <br />~onthly reports <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Parton Ft. p~ving <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />~/~aple ~nd Talnut Ct. paving <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />City I,imits,"~.Flo,.:er ~_ct. <br /> <br />Itinerant ~' ~ , <br /> .erv.~nt O£din~nce <br /> <br />In ~e <br /> <br />C9~ Drdinance <br /> <br />The request of Wells & Bressler for permission to resume <br />construction work of paving on Orange Ave., on West 5th St. <br />was granted, on motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by <br />Greenleaf and carried. <br /> <br /> The monthly reports of the Clerk, Marshal, Recorder,Fire <br /> Chief and Building Inspector,were on motion of Trustee <br /> Tubbs, duly seconded by McPhee and carried, referred to <br /> Finance Committee. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Tubbs and <br /> carried, all proceedings on Parton St. paving from Hlckey <br /> to Washington were stopped and City Engineer Bonebrake <br /> instructed to check the frontage signed for same. <br /> <br /> The petition of property owners on Maple from First to <br /> Chestnut and Walnut from Orange to Oak for paving under <br /> Specifications ~0 was on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly <br /> seconded by Greenleaf and carried, referred to a committee, <br /> Trustees Tubbe and McPhee being appointed aa such committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Maryatt <br />and carried, the petition of property owners along the North <br />City limits West of Flower St.,for the opening of a driveway <br />was referred to the City Attorney to look up records as to <br />road reservations alongthe City limits for road purposes. <br /> <br />An Ordinance defining transient or itinerant merchants and <br />repealing Ordinances in conflict therewith, was given final <br />reading, and on motion of Trustee NcPhee, that same be <br />adopted, was duly seconded by Maryatt and passed by the <br />following vote: Ayes, Trustees Tubbs,McPhee,Maryatt and <br />Visel, Noes, Trustees None, Not voting, Trustee Zreenleaf. <br /> <br />~n Ordinance amending Ordinance 426 of the City of Santa Ana <br />pertaining to the regulation of plumbing and adding a new <br />section thereto to be known as Section 14~ pertaining to <br />the ventilation of gas heaters, was on motion of Trustee <br />McPhee, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, referred to the <br />City Attorney for amendments. <br /> <br /> <br />
