The above motion was duly seconded <br /> by T~uetee Greenleaf and carried. <br /> <br />Upon motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded and carried, <br />Trustees Tubbs and areenleaf were appointed a committee to <br />purchase 60 Tone of Barley and 20 Tons of Alfalfa Hay in <br />the open market. NO bids being received as advertised. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee MoPhee duly seconded by Greenlsaf <br />and carried, G.T. Bundren was granted a license to conduct <br />a sales stable at the Southeast corner of 2nd and Sycamore. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by McPhee and <br />carried, Street Supt. 0Brien was instructed to put on a <br />small amount of oil and a little sand a~ rock screenings <br />9n Bush St. from Washington Ave. to S.P.Railroad. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded and carried, <br /> that a committee be appointed including the City Engineer <br /> in reference to establishing the width and grade on East <br /> l?th from 'C' to Orand Ave., and that the Street Supt. <br /> grant some temporary relief to the residenj~ from dust. <br /> The Chair appointed Trustees Tubbs and Greenleaf and City <br /> Engineer B~nebrahe as such committee. <br /> # <br />In Re On motion of Trustee ~reenleaf, duly sedonded by Tuhbs <br /> <br />Permit to close Breeden St.and carried, the Orange County Engineering & Const. Co. <br /> were granted permission to close Breeden St. from 3rd to <br /> 4th in order to pave said portion of Street under Specifi- <br /> cations Nc. S0. <br /> <br /> # <br />In Rs On motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded by Greenleaf <br /> <br /> and carried, H.S. Pankey was granted a permit to lay a <br />Permit H.S.
