In Re June ~rd,set for hearing protests Bristol St. pavin~ In Re County Council In Re Seats for Birch Psrk to the City Limits on the South, said improvement to be done in pursuance to the improvement Act of l~ll and amendments thereto, was given final reading and on motion of Trustee Tubbs,that same be adopted was duly seconded an~passed by the following vote to-wit: Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, McPhes, Greenleaf, and Visel, Noee,Truetee Mary·at. Upon motion o~ Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by True Tubbs and carried, June )rd,191~, was set as the date for hearing protests for paving Bristol St. from 5th Si on the North to the City Limits on the South. Upon motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by MoPhee of Defense,Birch Park and carried, the County COIAncil Of Defense gra~ted permission to use Birch Park on Sundays in order to hold patriotic exercises. # On motion of Trustee Tubbs,duly seconded by MoPhee and carried, the Park Commission was granted permission to have made 25 more seats for use in Birch Park.
