Old Stable Site In Re Width of sidewalk and parking on Patton St. In Re Extra 10 ft.Parton St.opening In Re Garbage complaints In Re Brid~e Plans and specifications The motion of Trustee MoPhee that & committee be appointed in reference to clearing the old stable site and selling to the best ~dvantage the a~cummulsted Junk and lumber thai cannot be used in building culverts, etc. was duly seconde~ by Trustee Maryatt ahd carried, Trustee MoPhee and Water Supt.Reid being appointed as such committee. # On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by McPhee, that a committee be appointed in reference to establishing the width of sidewalk and parking on Pa~ton St., between First and Myrtle 8ts. Trustees MoPhee, Water Supt Reid and City Engineer Bonebrake being appointed as such comm- ittee with power to act. # On motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded by Greenleaf carried, that a committee be appointed in reference to dis- posing of the 10 ft. strip of land along the East side of Parton St. between ~irst and Walnut Sra. said strip being 10 X 150 ft.,Trustee& MoPhee and Water Supt. Reid being appointed as such committee. Upon motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Maryatt and carried, that a committee be appointed in reference to investigating conditions about garbage complaints,Trustees ~reenleaf and McPhee being appointed as such committee. # On motion of Trustee MoPhee,duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, City Engineer B~rake was instructed to the P.E. Ry. engineer~ ~ad~n~eer Flaherty about bridge plane aexd specifications for building North Main and Flowe: St. bridges, to have said plane and speoifioation~rea~y advertising for bids at next meeting.
