Board of Trustees <br /> <br />Resolution No.bOS,a resolution of the Boamd of Trustees <br />of the City of Santa Ann, adopting plans and specifica- <br />tions for the construction of a bridge over 8antiag~ <br />Creek on North Main St. and also over said Creek at Nort] <br />Flower St.~formerly Hannah St.)~oth being public streets <br />in the City of Santa Ann. also authorizing and <br />ing the City Clerk to advertise for proposals or bids <br />for the constructing of said bridges. The above Reso- <br />lution was rea~ and on motion of Trustee Geo.MoPhee <br />that same be adopted, was duly seconded by Trustee W.A. <br />Greenleaf, and paseed by the following vote to-wit: <br />Ayes, Trustees MoPhee,Greenleaf,Maryatt and Visel. <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None. Absent, Trustee Tubbs. <br /> <br /> Upon motion of Trustee MoPhee,duly seconded by ~reenleaf <br /> <br />and carried, the Clerk was instructed to advertise in <br /> that <br /> the Los Angeles Daily Journal,~Notice fO~ sealed Bids <br /> would be received up to the hour of 5 p.m. on the 3rd <br /> day of June,1918, for the construction of a bridge over <br /> Santiago Creek on North Main St. and likewise for the <br /> construction of & bridge over Santiago Creek on North <br /> Flower St. same tc be done in accordance wit~la~s and <br /> specifications now on file in the office of the City <br /> Engineer in the City Hall, where e~e remain open to the <br /> inspection of all bidders. <br /> <br /> Mr.F.L.Aadrewe Of the School Board was Before the <br /> of Trustees in reference to the City furnishing irriga- <br /> tion water for about two acres in order to put in & crop <br /> of beans, on motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded by <br /> Maryatt and carried, the matter was referred to Water <br /> ~upt.
