President ~ the Board of Trustees On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Mary&tt and carried, matters pertaining to an outfall sewer were continued to next Monday night. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, Street Supt. O'Brien was instructed to install cement curbing on the North end of Main St. Bridge where same is necessary. On motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Greenleaf, thc Board ratifies the agreement made in the settlement by Street Supt. OBrlen with E.M. Bachman in reference to the ground used as a by, ass in Building North Main St. Bridge. # The request of A.H.LyOn and H.J.Forgy for a permit to lay two pipe lines across McFadden St. for the purpose of irrigating property lying south of said Street and agreeing to place said pipes to the satisfaction of the Street Supt., and to maintain the street eo long as the pipes are there in as good condition as it is at the present time. ~n motion of Trustee Maryatt, duly the permit was granted. A motion by Trustee Tubbs that seconded by Greenleaf it is the sense of the Board that the Health Board withdraw any permits granted to individuals for the removal of garbage.
