Scott <br />also being instructed to secure the necessary release for <br />the City from the State Insurance Accident Fund. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> CO. <br />6outhern Co.Gae~Franchlse Tax <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by Greenleaf and <br />carried, the committee appointed in reference to the <br />settlement of the So.Counties Gas.Co. for franchise tax <br /> <br />was continued. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Street Llghts,6th & Pacific, <br /> <br />also West 5th St. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by Greenleaf and <br />c~rried, the So.Cai.Edison Oo.were instructed to install <br />a street light at the corner of 6th and Pacific Ave.and <br />one on 5th 6t. midway between Birch and Roes ets. on motion <br />of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by MoPhee and carried. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Committee appointed to secure <br /> <br />Auditorium site <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee garyatt, duly seconded by MoPhee and <br />carried, that a committee be appointed to secure a suitable <br />site for an Auditorium and submit a bond proposal at the <br />next City election to the people for securing such a site <br />and the building of an Auditorium.
