Los Angeles, in the matter of the <br />application of Isabella Pelton, doing business under the <br />name of the Interurban Transfer Co. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />The proposition offered by G.I.Bauer to the City in proposal <br /> <br /> exchange and settlement of possible claim for damages, <br />was read and on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded <br />by Tubbs, the matter was referred to a committee. <br /> <br />Trustees Greenleaf and Maryatt and City Attorney Scott being <br />appointed as such committee. <br /> <br />The committee appointed at last meeting in reference to <br /> <br />Permit Standard Oil Co. <br />~th and Brosdway <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Sidewalk Conditions 5th St. <br /> <br />between Sycamore & Broadway <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Committee on Auditorium Site <br /> <br /> the <br />application of the Standard Oil Co. to erect an oil filling <br />station at the Northeast corner of 5th and Broadway,reported <br />favorable and on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by <br />Maryatt and carried, the request wa~ granted and City Atty. <br />instructed to prepare the necessarFpapers in reference to <br />sidewalk conditions. <br /> <br />On motion cf Trustee Maryatt, duly seconded by Tubbs and <br />carried, the matter of sidewalk conditions on North side of <br />5th St. between Broadway and Sycamore St. was referred to a <br />committee. Trustees Maryatt and Gmenleaf, being appointed <br />as such committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by ~reenleaf and <br />carried, the committee appointed at last meeting in referenc~ <br />to securing an auditorium site was continued. <br /> <br /> <br />
