On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenlea.f Ft. and carried, Street Supt. O'Brien was instructed to have a white strip about a foot wide painted on the pevement 112 ft. North of 4th St. On the West side of Main out to the car tracks, and also further instructed to procure a safety zone sign for this restricted die- triot. Also City Attorney ~oott instructed to draft an Ordinance making same a restricted territory. An Ordinance fixing the compensation of certain officiall City officisls of the City of Santa Ana, was given first reading and on motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by Maryatt referred to the City Attorney. An Ordinance for the holding of the General Municipal Election of tbs City of Santa Aha on the 2nd Monday in April,1919, the same being the 14th day of April 1~15 for the election of city officers, was given first read- ing and on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs, same was referred back to the City Attorney. An Ordinance dividing the City of Santa Ana into twelve Municipal election precincts and fixing the boundarXes thereof, was given first reading and on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Maryatt, refered back to the City Attorney and the Board to look over the proposed precincts before next meeting. salary of In Re Resolution Vacating part of llth St. el. A Resolution fixing at $50.00 per month the salary of the Building Inspector and a further compensation or fee up to and including $25.00 per month, all sums over and above the $25 retained shall be paid by him into the City Treasurer and he shall make monthly reports to the Board of Trustees setting forth the several amounts collected by him as such inspector. Intention to vacate a portion of East Eleventh St. was read and on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf referred back to the City
