O'Brien was instructed to <br /> have a white strip about a foot wide painted on the <br /> pevement 112 ft. North of 4th St. On the West side of <br /> Main out to the car tracks, and also further instructed <br /> to procure a safety zone sign for this restricted die- <br /> triot. Also City Attorney ~oott instructed to draft <br /> an Ordinance making same a restricted territory. <br /> <br /> An Ordinance fixing the compensation of certain officiall <br />City officisls of the City of Santa Ana, was given first reading <br /> <br /> and on motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by Maryatt <br /> referred to the City Attorney. <br /> <br /> An Ordinance for the holding of the General Municipal <br /> Election of tbs City of Santa Aha on the 2nd Monday <br /> in April,1919, the same being the 14th day of April 1~15 <br /> for the election of city officers, was given first read- <br /> ing and on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded <br /> by Tubbs, same was referred back to the City Attorney. <br /> <br /> An Ordinance dividing the City of Santa Ana into twelve <br /> Municipal election precincts and fixing the boundarXes <br /> thereof, was given first reading and on motion of <br /> Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Maryatt, refered back <br /> to the City Attorney and the Board to look over the <br /> proposed precincts before next meeting. <br /> <br />salary of <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Resolution Vacating part of llth St. <br /> <br />el. <br /> <br />A Resolution fixing <br />at $50.00 per month <br /> <br />the salary of the Building Inspector <br />and a further compensation or fee <br /> <br />up to and including $25.00 per month, all sums over and <br />above the $25 retained shall be paid by him into the <br />City Treasurer and he shall make monthly reports to the <br />Board of Trustees setting forth the several amounts <br />collected by him as such inspector. The above Resolutio: <br />was read, and on motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded <br />by Maryatt that same be adopted and be in effect from <br />the first of February,1919, was passed by the following <br />vote to-wit: Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, Greenleaf,~aryatt <br /> <br />and Vlsel, Noes, <br />A Resolution of <br /> <br />Trustees None, Absent,Trustee McPhee. <br />Intention to vacate a portion of East <br /> <br />Eleventh St. was read and on motion of Trustee Tubbs, <br />duly seconded by Greenleaf referred back to the City <br /> <br /> <br />
