In Re <br /> <br />Resolution ~615 widening of <br /> <br />?.yr tls 9t. <br /> <br />Attorney and he to prepare the necessary papers showing all <br />expense of same to be paid by B.W.$utton and his signature <br />thereto before the passage of the above Reeolution. <br /> <br /># <br />Resolution No.615 of the Board of Trustees of the City of <br />Santa Ana, declaring its intention to widen West Myrtle <br />the same being a public street in the City of Santa Ana, <br />was given second reading and upon motion of Trustee Tubbs, <br />that same be adopted, was duly~eeconded by Greenleaf and passe <br />by the fo]lowing vote to-wit:- Ayes, Trustee Tubbs,Greenleaf <br /> <br />President of~e Board of <br /> <br />Maryatt,and Visel, NOeB None, <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />A motion by Trustee Tubbe, to <br /> <br />at 10 a.m. <br />carried. <br /> <br />City Hall Bldg. <br /> <br />Absent, Trustee McPhee, <br /> <br />adjourn to Tueeday,Feb.lgth,191$ <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Greenleaf <br /> <br />Santa Aha, City Hall, <br /> <br /> Feb.lSth,1919, 10 a.m. <br /> <br />Trustees <br /> <br />Board met in regular adjourned session. <br /> <br />Meeting called to order by President Visel. <br /> <br />Present, Trustees Tubbe, McPhee, Greenleaf, <br /> <br />President Visel announced that this was the <br /> <br />Maryatt and the Clerk. <br /> <br />date and hour set for opening bide received <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />for paving that portion of Edinger St. lying within the City limits. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by Trustee McPhee, and carried, the Clerk was <br /> <br />instructed to proceed to open bids received.
