In Re Resolution ~615 widening of ?.yr tls 9t. Attorney and he to prepare the necessary papers showing all expense of same to be paid by B.W.$utton and his signature thereto before the passage of the above Reeolution. # Resolution No.615 of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, declaring its intention to widen West Myrtle the same being a public street in the City of Santa Ana, was given second reading and upon motion of Trustee Tubbs, that same be adopted, was duly~eeconded by Greenleaf and passe by the fo]lowing vote to-wit:- Ayes, Trustee Tubbs,Greenleaf President of~e Board of Maryatt,and Visel, NOeB None, # A motion by Trustee Tubbe, to at 10 a.m. carried. City Hall Bldg. Absent, Trustee McPhee, adjourn to Tueeday,Feb.lgth,191$ was duly seconded by Greenleaf Santa Aha, City Hall, Feb.lSth,1919, 10 a.m. Trustees Board met in regular adjourned session. Meeting called to order by President Visel. Present, Trustees Tubbe, McPhee, Greenleaf, President Visel announced that this was the Maryatt and the Clerk. date and hour set for opening bide received and for paving that portion of Edinger St. lying within the City limits. On motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by Trustee McPhee, and carried, the Clerk was instructed to proceed to open bids received. Board re-convened at 12 M. and on motion of Trustee Greenlea£, duly seconded by Tub~s. the bid of Wells & Breesler being the lowest received was accepted subject to the proper bonds same to be approved by the President of the Board and the necessary contract to be s~bmltted to the President and City Atty. for their approval. The above motion was carried by the following vote to-wit: Ayes,Truetees Tubbs, Mcrhee, Greenleaf, Maryatt and Visel,Noes None, was duly seconded A motion by Trustee Tubbs by Greenleaf and carried.
