<br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Dale, Mice E~na
<br />Hamaker was appointed Police Clerk in the marshal's office.

<br /> Miss Irate Owens was appointed City Btenographer.

<br /> Applications from I.N.Barnett and John Pugh for the appointment
<br /> of Janitor of the City Hall were read and on motion of Trustee
<br /> Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman that the Board proceed to vote
<br /> on same, and I.N. Barnett receiving the four votes east was
<br /> declared appointed.

<br /> On motion of Trustee Chapman duly seconded by Greenleaf,
