Burke, Attorney for N.E.Matthewe,wae before the <br /> Board and made a proposition to the City in reference to <br /> Myrtle St. opening, and on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly <br /> seconded by Chapman, that the proposition be accepted when <br /> s~me is presented to the Board in writing. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Chapman, duly seconded by Greenleaf and <br /> carried, City Attorney Scott was instructed to secure the <br /> necessary deeds or easements for the right of way in opening <br /> Myrtle St. from Parto~ to Bristol 8ts. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman and <br />carried, City Attorney Scott was instructed to amend Ordlnauoe <br />No.625, Section 14, ia reference to temporary sheds and tents <br /> <br /> as to allow tents within the fire limits under the approval <br /> <br />SO <br /> <br />the Board of Trustees. <br /> <br />Supt. of $treets Hoy reported that Edingar St. paving lying <br />w~thin the City had been completed according to the specifica- <br />tions and contract with Wells & Breseler. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf, tha~ <br /> <br />~report~ of the Street Supt. <br />in writing. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubbs, <br /> the matter of accepting the <br /> was referred to a committee <br /> and Sewer Supt.
