Trustees Greenleaf and Dale being appointed as such committee. # In the matter of the request of G.C.Illlngsworth for permission to install m gamoltne tauk at the Northwest corner of First and Main Ste. was granted on motion of Trustee Greenleaf,duly seconded by Tubbs u~der the supervision of the Fire Committee and Fire Chief. # Mr. Joseph C. Burke, Attorney for N.E.Matthewe,wae before the Board and made a proposition to the City in reference to Myrtle St. opening, and on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman, that the proposition be accepted when s~me is presented to the Board in writing. On motion of Trustee Chapman, duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, City Attorney Scott was instructed to secure the necessary deeds or easements for the right of way in opening Myrtle St. from Parto~ to Bristol 8ts. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman and carried, City Attorney Scott was instructed to amend Ordlnauoe No.625, Section 14, ia reference to temporary sheds and tents as to allow tents within the fire limits under the approval SO the Board of Trustees. Supt. of $treets Hoy reported that Edingar St. paving lying w~thin the City had been completed according to the specifica- tions and contract with Wells & Breseler. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf, tha~ ~report~ of the Street Supt. in writing. Wray. be accepted and the report be made d~y seconded by Chapman and carried, Shaw-Russell Tract On Flower St. of the whole, and City Engineer Hoy On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs, the Clerk was instructed to approve a map submitted by Engineer Hoy of property situated within the 3 mile limit of the City. # On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf it wa~ decided by the Board to t~ke out compensation liability insur- ance on City employees by ins~ing with the State Compensation Insurance Fund, a~d the Clerk instructed tc write for rate~.
