In Re <br /> <br />Water Rate for City schools <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Ordinance Regulating use <br /> <br />of water <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Ordinance defining nuisances <br /> <br />Ordinance amending Ord. 625 <br />Building Ordinance <br /> <br />Ayes, <br /> <br />Nons, <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />the salary of Newton Best Foreman in the Street Dept. was <br />raised to $4.00 per day. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chapman, duly seconded by Dale and carried <br />all City Schools were granted a 75~ discount on their water rate. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />Ordinance ~640, an Ordinance of the City pertaining to the <br />regulation and use of City water was given second reading, <br />and amended by giving public improvements and public grounds <br />the right to use water at any time, and on motion of Trustee <br />Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman, that same be adopted aa <br />amended, passed by the foA]o~ing vote to-wit: <br /> <br /> Trustees Tubbs,Chapman,Dale and Greenleaf, Noes Trustees <br /> Absent, President Mitchell. <br /> <br />lng and on motion of <br />referred back to the <br /> <br />Ordinance Nc.b41, an Ordinance c~ the City amending Sections <br />Nos. 3 and 4 of Ordinance No.32 entitled: An Ordinance defining <br />nuisances, and providing for the punishment and for the removal <br />and ~batement o~' the same, was given final reading, and on <br />motion of Trustee Chapman, duly seconded by Tubbs, that same <br />be adopted, passed by the following vote,Ayes,Trustees Tubba, <br />Chapman, Dale and Greenleaf, Noes,Trustees None. <br /> <br />Absent, President Mitchell. <br /> <br />An Ordinance of the City amending Ordinance 625 and pertaining <br />to the 3rd paragraph on Page 21 of the Building Ordinance aa <br /> <br />to the construction of temporary sheds, was given first read- <br /> Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman, <br /> City Attorney. <br /> <br />A Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the City declaring <br /> <br /> pave Grand Ave. from 4th St. on the South to <br />the center line, and a portion of Santa Clara Ave. was read <br />ar.d on motion of Trustee Chapman,duly seconded by Tubbs,that <br />same be adopted, passed by the following vote to-wit:- <br />Ayes,Trustees Tubbs, Chapman, Dale and Greenleaf,ffoee,Trusteea <br />None, Absent, President Mitchell. <br /> <br />A Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the City amending <br />Specifications Nc.g5 as adopted by Resolution No.5gS, apecifi- <br />cations for the construction cf pavement of concrete base and <br />crushed rock and aapha~tic oil surfacing to be known as <br />specifications No.gS-a, was read, and on ms,ion of Trustee <br />Chapman, duly seconded by Dale,that same be adopted, passed by <br />the following vote to-wit: Ayes,Trustees Tubbs, Chapman, Dale <br />and Greenleaf, Noes Trustees None.
