<br />Ordinance ~640, an Ordinance of the City pertaining to the
<br />regulation and use of City water was given second reading,
<br />and amended by giving public improvements and public grounds
<br />the right to use water at any time, and on motion of Trustee
<br />Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman, that same be adopted aa
<br />amended, passed by the foA]o~ing vote to-wit:
