Co.Dltch, E.l?th In Re Resolution 624 Weed Nuisance In Re Leave of Absence,Trustee Chapman On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman and carried, City Engineer Hoy was instructed to prepare an estimate for the removal of the present pavement on North Main from 4th St. on the 8outh to the City Limits on the North and the repaying of the same un Speoific.~O. One estimate to be made from the P.E. Ry. R/W to property line and one estimate to be made for the full width of the street, also to make an estimate for the removal of the present pavement and the repavement of E.lst St. from Main to the Santa Fe Trao~l cn the East under Spec.~O. On motion cf Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman that a committee be appointed to investigate sidewalk conditions on the North side of 16th from Main to Spurgeon, Trustees Dale and Chapman were appointed as such committee, On motion of Trustee Chapman, duly seconded by Tubbe and carried, sidewalk and curb on Oarnsey from Camile to Myrtle and on the West side of Parton from Camile to Myrtle was ordered constructed. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly eeonnded by Chapman and carried, Sanitary Inspector Chandler was instructed to notify the Garbage Collector that garbage must be taken on the date set in the different districts or the City will put on a team and charge same to the contractor. On motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by Chapman and carried, the Street Dept. was authorized to build the road leading to the dump ground leased from Frank Thorpe et al. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Dale, City Engineer Hoy was instructed to make a survey of the ~.A.V.I. Ditch on East l?th and ascertain amount of same inside of street. Resolution 634 a Resolution declaring oartain weeds,grass, rubbish and litter on oartain lots and land facing certain streets in the City, a public nuisance, and ordering the abatement of the same and taxing the cost to that certain real property ~ffeoted thereby, was re~d and on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Dale that same be adopted, passed by the following vote to-wit: Ayes,Trustees Tubbs, Chapman, Dale and Greenleaf.
