In Re ~nd H~nd mattresses and bedding In Re Resolution ~62g In Re Resolution ~629 In Re Tax Rate Ordinance A ppr or ed :~/~ Board of Trustees, On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Chapman, City Attorney Scott was instructed to prepare an Ordinance requiring an inspection and fumigation at dealer's expense of all second hand mattresses and bedding. Resolution 624, a resolution ordering and directing the Supt. of Streets to abate a certain nuisance of weeds and grass on certain lots and lands on certain streets, was read and on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs that same be adopted, passed by the following vote, Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, Chapman, Dale, Greenleaf and Mitchell, Noes,Trustees None. A Resolution declaring certain weeds, grass, rubbish and litter on certain lots and land facing certain streets and taxing the cost to property affected was read, and on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, seconded by Tubbe that same be a~lop~ed passed by the following vote, Ayes, Trustees, Tubbs, Chapman Dale, Greenleaf and Mitchell, Noes,Trustees None. An Ordinance fixing the amount of money to carry on the various departments and to pay the bonded indebtedness falling due for the current year 1919-20 and fixing the rate of taxa- tion for the current year 1919-20, was given final reading and on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs that same be adopted, passed by the following vote, Ayes,Trustees Tubbs, Chapman,Dale,Greenleaf and Mitchell, Noes,Trustees None. A motion by Trustee Greenleaf to adjourn was duly seconded by Dale and carried.
