In Re <br /> <br />~nd H~nd mattresses <br /> <br />and bedding <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Resolution ~62g <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Resolution ~629 <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Tax Rate Ordinance <br /> <br />A ppr or ed :~/~ <br /> Board of Trustees, <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Chapman, <br />City Attorney Scott was instructed to prepare an Ordinance <br />requiring an inspection and fumigation at dealer's expense <br />of all second hand mattresses and bedding. <br /> <br />Resolution 624, a resolution ordering and directing the Supt. <br />of Streets to abate a certain nuisance of weeds and grass <br />on certain lots and lands on certain streets, was read and <br />on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs that <br />same be adopted, passed by the following vote, Ayes, Trustees <br />Tubbs, Chapman, Dale, Greenleaf and Mitchell, Noes,Trustees <br />None. <br /> <br />A Resolution declaring certain weeds, grass, rubbish and <br />litter on certain lots and land facing certain streets and <br />taxing the cost to property affected was read, and on motion <br />of Trustee Greenleaf, seconded by Tubbe that same be a~lop~ed <br />passed by the following vote, Ayes, Trustees, Tubbs, Chapman <br />Dale, Greenleaf and Mitchell, Noes,Trustees None. <br /> <br />An Ordinance fixing the amount of money to carry on the <br />various departments and to pay the bonded indebtedness falling <br />due for the current year 1919-20 and fixing the rate of taxa- <br />tion for the current year 1919-20, was given final reading <br />and on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs <br />that same be adopted, passed by the following vote, <br />Ayes,Trustees Tubbs, Chapman,Dale,Greenleaf and Mitchell, <br />Noes,Trustees None. <br /> <br /> A motion by Trustee Greenleaf to adjourn was duly seconded <br /> by Dale and carried. <br /> <br /> <br />
