Dale, W.A.Greenleaf, <br /> John G. Mitchell. <br /> <br />Noes: Trustees J.W. Tubbs, C.H. Chapman. <br />Absent: Trustees None. <br />Trustee H.H.Dale was thereupon aprointed ~s represen- <br />tative of the Board of Trustees to serv~ on the perma- <br />nent Orange County Fair Conm~ittee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Dale and <br />carried, deed from Augusta C. Bangs covering Z0 ft. <br />strip of land in Bishop Street between Orange Avenue <br />and Maple Avenue for street purposes, was accepted, <br />and the Clerk instructed to have the same recorded. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Green- <br />leaf and carried,bond of Augusta C. Bangs in amount of <br />~500.00 covering the construction of sidewalk, curb <br />and sewer in Bishop Street between Orange and ~anle <br />Avenues, w,s referred to the chair for arproval. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman <br />and carried, request that roadbed on Bishop Street <br />between Orange and M~.le Avenues be made ~6 ft. wide <br />Instead of 40 ft.,was granted. <br /> <br />City Engineer Knox reported that in checking up the <br />petition and prot~st on paving of West First Street <br />the majority of the property owners desire the paving. <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, seconded by Chapman and <br />carried, the matter w~s referred back to t~e City <br />?ngineer for further proceedings. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by <br />man. and carried, the Street Superintendent was <br />ted to notify property owners at various ?]aces <br />water into the culverts to connect their drains with <br />the City Sewer. <br /> <br /> <br />
