On motion of Trustee Gre~n!eaf, duly seconded by Chapman and carried, curb was ordered in on both side~ of Cubbon Street between Orange Avenue ~nd ~atn St. On motion of 5~rustee Dale, duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried by the following vote, the Chair was authorized to appoidt one member of the Board to on the Fair Co.~mmittee: Ayes: Trustees H.H. Dale, W.A.Greenleaf, John G. Mitchell. Noes: Trustees J.W. Tubbs, C.H. Chapman. Absent: Trustees None. Trustee H.H.Dale was thereupon aprointed ~s represen- tative of the Board of Trustees to serv~ on the perma- nent Orange County Fair Conm~ittee. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Dale and carried, deed from Augusta C. Bangs covering Z0 ft. strip of land in Bishop Street between Orange Avenue and Maple Avenue for street purposes, was accepted, and the Clerk instructed to have the same recorded. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Green- leaf and carried,bond of Augusta C. Bangs in amount of ~500.00 covering the construction of sidewalk, curb and sewer in Bishop Street between Orange and ~anle Avenues, w,s referred to the chair for arproval. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman and carried, request that roadbed on Bishop Street between Orange and M~.le Avenues be made ~6 ft. wide Instead of 40 ft.,was granted. City Engineer Knox reported that in checking up the petition and prot~st on paving of West First Street the majority of the property owners desire the paving. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, seconded by Chapman and carried, the matter w~s referred back to t~e City ?ngineer for further proceedings. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by man. and carried, the Street Superintendent was ted to notify property owners at various ?]aces water into the culverts to connect their drains with the City Sewer.
